Avoid to eat oily, fried and sweets. Eat on time and try to take heavy breakfast and enough food in lunch and a very few in dinner. Try to take dinner 2 hours before you sleep. Try to walk after dinner for some time. One more important thing is to drink slight hot water just immediately after you get up in the morning. Try to eat fruits, vegetables and fresh juices and green leaves vegetables.  If you follow and adopt these things make sure that you will look smart and as well as look healthy and active.
